BiographyProfessor Greenberger has published articles on a number of topics in management and human resources in journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Academy of Management Executive and Journal of Management Inquiry. Greenberger recently has edited a book, with Robert Heneman, entitled, Human Resource Management in Virtual Organizations. He won the first annual Walter Ulmer Award given by the Center for Creative Leadership for his paper on time and leadership. Currently, his interests center on identifying and understanding the issues surrounding how product-centric firms grow professional service businesses. In this area, he has organized a series of seminars and courses that have identified and explored the management practices that are being used by product companies in successfully scaling new service businesses.
