Tracy L. DumasAssistant Professor of Management & Human Resources
BiographyDumas’ research addresses the interface between employees’ personal and professional lives with a focus on understanding how management practices, organizational policies and individual strategies best allow employees to excel at work while also engaging meaningfully in their communities. Her research is published in leading academic outlets including Academy of Management Review, Organization Science, Research on Managing Groups and Teams, and Duke Journal of Gender Law & Policy. Prior to joining Fisher, Dumas was a visiting assistant professor at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, and an assistant professor of organizational sciences at George Washington University.
