Biography
Professor Campbell's research focuses on the attraction, retention and development of human capital in entrepreneurial firms and how human capital strategies impact firm performance in entrepreneurial environments. His research has appeared in leading academic journals and has been cited in a variety of media outlets.
He is currently serving as a chair of the Early Career Development Committee of the Sloan Industry Studies Program and is a founding member of the Human Capital Conference. Professor Campbell earned his PhD in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from The Ohio State University.
