Professor Ben-David's primary research interests include corporate finance, behavioral finance, financial markets, and real estate markets. Ben-David published in top economics and finance and journals as the Quarterly Journal of Economics, Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, and the Review of Financial Management. His research received wide media coverage in the top outlets including Freakonomics (New Times Magazine), Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, and CNBC.

Ben-David teaches Finance II and Real-Estate Finance to MBA students.

Ben-David has a BSc (1999) and MSc (2000) in Industrial Engineering and a BA in Accounting (1999) from Tel-Aviv, MSc in Finance (2002) from London Business School, PhD in Finance (2008) and an MBA (2007) from the University of Chicago. Ben-David joined Fisher in 2008. He is a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER).
