Business Honors Learning Community
Benefits to Students

Students participating in the Business Honors Learning Community will belong to a community which fosters team building, educational advancement, and practical experience through service learning and leadership initiatives. The Learning Community will also include:
- Ability to take clustered class(es) with other BHLC members
- Opportunity to live with other BHLC students in same wing/floor of an honors residence hall
- Significant interaction with faculty, staff, and business executives
- Participation in service-learning initiatives
- Mentoring received from upper class honors students and the opportunity to mentor future honors BHLC students.
- Opportunity to develop leadership skills
- Academic advising hours in the residence hall
- Ability to participate in special projects (executive lunches, career networking) not available to all 1st year students
