Career Development

From the day you step on campus, you will find a variety of tools at your disposal all designed to provide you with professional enhancement and networking opportunities. An academic advisor is assigned to each new student. Academic advisors will assist students in planning their course work, provide information about the various programs and specializations within the college, choose academic programs to meet career goals, and identify other University resources available to students.

Internships

Fisher College Career Services offers workshops, career counseling, and resources to help students prepare for the internship search process. Students are encouraged to use several resources to search for internships, including on-campus interviews, resume referrals, job fairs, and internship postings. Internships posted through Career Services are paid positions at top companies all over the United States. In 2002-2003 school year, the average monthly salary for undergraduate co-op and internships was $2,339.
