Careers

Fisher’s small size works very much to your advantage as you prepare to transition from the classroom to the workforce. Career Services staff act as personal coaches in your job search. They get to know you personally and then collaborate with you to design a strategy that helps you focus only on those networking practices that emphasize and reinforce your strengths and interests. This means that all of your job search energy is focused on companies and industries where you have the strongest chance of a successful placement.

This one-to-one coaching is one reason why the Fisher College Career Services Office is considered one of the finest in the country. With nearly 90% of our students placed within three months of graduation, Fisher College ranks #1 in the nation in placement success by the Financial Times. And you can count on moving quickly up the ladder once you are placed. According to the Financial Times, we are 2nd in the country in career progression.

Something else to consider in any MLHR program is the value recruiters place on the services offered to them at a given business school. The services we provide recruiters are ranked among the best in the country by the Wall Street Journal, which will only bode well for you.

The Career Services staff keeps their finger on the pulse of ongoing hiring trends and can anticipate and plan for changes in hiring practices and needs–which ensures that you can position yourself in the best way possible to potential employers. Fisher College graduates leave us in-step with the business community and equipped to hit the ground running wherever they find themselves.
