WENBO CHANG: Wenbo is a junior at the University of Michigan (second year Ross student). He grew up in Xi’an, a city with 3 million people in the middle of China. Wenbo has been living in the US for over 10 years and has family in Manhattan, Kansas. He is aiming for an I-banking internship this summer as he has always loved math and especially spreadsheets in Excel. In his spare time, he goes to the recreation facilities at the University of Michigan, plays a lot of racquetball, and jogs regularly. He also tries to get in a game of Ultimate Frisbee whenever he can. Wenbo is also involved on campus; for the past 2 years he has participated in Alternative Spring Break, and plans on volunteering again this winter. Moreover, he is a chair for the Net Impact Undergraduate chapter at the U of M and loves WoW.

MIKE CHEN: Mike is a 20 year old junior concentrating in finance at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business. Born and raised in Michigan, Mike is planning for a career in investment banking overseas in Asia. He spent this past summer teaching English in Beijing and hopes to return to the city soon. Mike enjoys playing the piano, teaching, film-making, and poker. He is an avid fan of quiz-shows such as Jeopardy and Win Ben Steins Money. Mike’s favorite articles in the Wall Street Journal typically come from the “Money & Investing” section and the “Style” section.

SOPHIA ZHUO: Sophia is a sophomore in the University of Michigan, working towards joint degrees in BBA and Actuarial Mathematics. She grew up in Beijing, China and after middle school, moved to Bloomfield Hills, Michigan with her family. This summer, she worked as a grader for UM math department and is currently working on a research project about IT impacts on mergers and alliances for an assistant professor in the Ross School of Business. In Sophia's leisure time, she also works as Mary Kay individual beauty consultant. She also likes reading and traveling. Moreover, Sophia enjoys playing the Chinese violin (beginning in elementary school) and the flute which she played for her high school marching band.
