JARED ROOS: Jared is currently in his third year at The Michigan State University, majoring in both Finance and Chinese. Jared spent this last summer in Shanghai, studying Chinese language at Fudan University, and working in consulting. He also spent time in China previous to last summer at Nankai University in the city of Tianjin, also studying the Chinese language. Jared hopes to work abroad after he graduates with an international corporation. Jared enjoys playing soccer, tennis, and hockey. Some of his other interests include language studies. |

FELIX POPESCU: Felix is originally from Fagaras, Romania, and moved to the United States at the age of seven. He is currently a junior at Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business. On campus he is an active member of the Honors College, and a Financial Markets Institute Scholar, pursuing a dual major in Finance and Japanese. This past summer, Felix worked in the corporate insurance department at GE’s highly regarded Financial Management Program Internship in Fairfield, Connecticut. On campus he works as a teacher assistant in the Finance department, and is connected with a wide variety of student organizations including the Student Investment Association where he is a member of the stock selection committee. He also competes on MSU’s Club Tennis team, where he is Treasurer. Felix is an active snowboarder and an avid Chelsea football fan. This coming summer, Felix hopes to attain a position in an Investment Banking Analyst Program on Wall Street. |

JUSTIN VAN VLECK: Justin is from Ann Arbor, MI. He is currently a junior at Michigan State University, and is a duel major, finance and economics. He has thoroughly enjoyed his college experience thus far, as he has been given great academic opportunities at Michigan State. For instance, Justin is taking two MBA courses this semester, one on corporate financial strategies, and the other on the debt and money markets. He has a strong interest in the financial markets, and would like to someday run his own hedge fund, VC shop, or PE shop. Justin is very excited about the opportunity to participate in the Fisher Biz Quiz Challenge. |
