Important Dates for this Quarter
September 13-21 - Notification of any problems with application for degree via e-mail will occur. Grad seniors should be checking their e-mails during this week. Only students with problems will be notified.
September 19 - First day of class AU 07
October 15 - A list of all gradating seniors will be available at the front desk of room 120 Schoenbaum. Names will be listed the way they will appear on the diploma. Students should verify their names, hometowns and majors.
October 19 - Deadline for address changes. We will using the local address that you gave the University. If you have moved recently, you will want to change your address by this date . Go to http://www.ureg.ohio-state.edu/Indexes/current.htmland click on change addresses.
October 29- Deadline to make changes to your name. Your name will appear on your diploma and commencement program the way it is currently shown in University records. To view your name go to http://www.ureg.ohio-state.edu/Indexes/current.html and click on advising report.
October 29 - Commencement instructions and line number in commencement processional will be sent out this week.
November 20 - Absence from commencement forms should be turned in to room 120 Schoenbaum by this date. If students are not planning to attend commencement, please fill out these forms. Forms can be downloaded from http://commencement.osu.edu/.
December 6 - Grades are due by midnight for all graduating seniors who took finals Monday-Wednesday.
December 7 - Grades are due by noon for all graduating seniors who took finals on Thurdsay.
December 7-8 - Notification of students not graduating due to final grade issues
December 7 - Rehearsal for commencement 1:00
December 9 - Sunday Commencement- 1:00
