Welcome to Graduating Seniors' Information area. You will find helpful information for graduating seniors who have planned their graduation. Please click the appropriate menu items at the top of the page for specific information. Forms for graduation and for absence from commencement are located in the resource section to the right. If you are doing a minor, you can either use the minor planning form provided above or turn in an approved form from the department which you are receiving the minor. Some minors require a department signature. (See minor planning form for details.)
Note:
- You need adobe acrobat reader to open these forms. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and can be downloaded from the Adobe website.
- You can fill out these forms online. After opening the document in Adobe Reader, you can fill out the forms by typing in the required fields. You can either click on the fields or press the Tab key. For the application, the data you fill out will fill-in to the other pages. Print out all three pages and then date and sign all of the necessary pages. Finally, turn the application in to the front office.
