Graduation Information
While planning for graduation, it is important to reference
the following time table to ensure that you are on track of
meeting all requirement deadlines.

Anticipated graduation in Winter quarter- Start completing graduation application process in the middle of Fall quarter

Anticipated graduation in Spring quarter- Start completing graduation application process in the middle of Winter quarter

Anticipated graduation in Summer quarter- Start completing graduation application process in the middle of Spring quarter
Please refer to the task list below for the process to follow, thus ensuring a smooth process.
Graduation Application Process
The deadline to submit your graduation application to the Graduate Programs Office is the first Friday of the quarter of graduation. If this applies to you, do the following:
- Print a copy of the application from the Graduate School
website located here. Please follow the instructions below, not
the ones printed on the form.
- Complete all information (print and use ink - either black or
blue) underneath the headers "Student Information" and
"Previous Education." Do not include your Fisher MBA
degree in "Previous Education."
- Complete the following information under the header
"Graduation Information."
* Academic Unit and/or Department - write "Fisher College of Business — BUS ADM
* Degree Name - write "MLHR"
* Degree Expected - write specific quarter and year
* Check the box labeled "Non-thesis" - Master's Examination Committee Members
Leave all lines blank - Sign and date on bottom of the form where indicated.
- Print a copy of your Degree Audit Report and attach to your
Application to Graduate.

report. If there is a problem with your degree audit and it is
showing an area that is not complete, please attach an explanation
of the problem.
- Submit the Application to Graduate and Degree Audit Report to the Graduate Programs Office in 100 Gerlach no later than the first Friday of the quarter of anticipated graduation. Do not submit the paperwork to the University Graduate School, as stated on the application.
