Full Time MBA Overview

The Fisher Full Time MBA Program

Overview

Fisher’s Full Time MBA curriculum has three pillars: the core curriculum, the elective curriculum, and leadership and professional development curriculum. The core is designed to ensure that you attain mastery of a base of knowledge that is critical for all practicing managers. The elective curriculum is designed to allow you to achieve mastery in at least one discipline, such as marketing, operations and logistic or finance. In addition, our interdisciplinary business tracks, which include service management, entrepreneurship and new business development, leadership and consulting and project management foster your ability to see the “big picture” and take a broad, strategic approach to solving business problems. The leadership and professional development curriculum is an “outside the classroom” series of events and activities designed to provide you with countless opportunities for individual growth and development. In addition, it will make you aware of career paths and professional options likely to be best for you, and will help you to develop the self-confidence, skills and savvy to succeed in your chosen path. Scheduled largely on Fridays, at Fisher Fridays are days to invest in yourself, in others and to build community.
