Custom Program Design Process - Executive Education

In the past year alone, Fisher College designed and delivered 50 custom corporate education programs to companies. Each program designed is tailored to the issues that the organization is facing and the culture of the organization. Fisher College uses the following steps to design a custom company program:

Assess

We interview your key executives and subject matter experts to gain understanding of what needs to be accomplished. We will then have a clear understanding of the current environment, goals, and competencies. Fisher College in cooperation with your company will then design the direction of the organization and try to solve its pressing issues.

Analyze

An effective development program is based on building upon your unique set of competencies. Closing the gap between what is needed for success and the current environment enables your company to be more successful and to gain full value from development efforts. Assessment data is collected and analyzed to determine what abilities are needed to achieve your goals.

Design

Working with your development team and key executives, Fisher faculty will propose course curriculum in a format that puts together a program that will help your organization meet its goals and objectives.

Deliver

All programs are delivered in an interactive style which includes discussion, simulations, and case studies. Action learning opportunities, including project work, are often included as a means to apply new knowledge and create direct links to business strategy.

Evaluate and Measure

Fisher Executive Education subscribes to the Kirkpatrick 4-Levels of Evaluation and uses this model as a guideline to determine program impact.
