Six Sigma Solutions Session

Date

April 11, 2008

Topic/Speaker

"Leading Successful Change…The Renaissance Man Approach"

Leonardo da Vinci's Vitruvian Man (1492). Pen and ink with wash over metalpoint on paper, 344 × 245 mm.

While it may be more art than science to successfully lead change, the ingredients are clear: an agreed and compelling vision, strategic planning, dedicated skilled resources, and ownership of the deployment that cascades throughout the business.

We will share our eight basic pillars of success and the art of successfully incorporating Lean Six Sigma soft skills. Practical examples will be reviewed from our global deployment including our drive for global service delivery standardization.
