Along with the elimination of lost opportunity costs (time away from job, coaching, projects), you will reduce travel-related expenses with the blended learning solution. Long term, you will be able certify more staff as Black Belts at a lower cost per person.
  3. Accelerate Six Sigma Project Deployment — Using the blended learning approach enables you could increase the number of people completing the course at any given time through staggered course start dates.
