Program Overview
The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business proposes to conduct a program targeted to individuals with corporate governance responsibilities for public companies to enable them to be proactive in implementing the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and implementing rules of the SEC, PCAOB, Nasdaq and the NYSE. Our distinguished Fisher College Executive Education faculty will present a comprehensive and objective perspective of these requirements and expectations of investors and other interested parties.
The program is designed as a half-day program. The program will be delivered as small private sessions that may include Audit Committee members, board members, management and legal counsel representing an individual company. This format will facilitate candid conversation among the participants and provide flexibility to address unique facts and circumstances.
Our program is an ISS Accredited Director Education Program.
