Program Overview
A major advantage of the Stalla System is that it provides you with both structure and flexibility. Start each week off with a fast-paced, informative class taught by expert instructors who know the CFA® exam, the three-hour weekly session is an interactive experience that includes:
- Lectures that focus special attention on the highest point value topics, and provide extra review of the areas that candidates find the most difficult.
- Instruction on exam-taking techniques.
- Q & A sessions with your instructor.
- A Personal Tutor available any time to help you outside of class.
If you miss a class, it's not a problem. You can make it up online.
Candidates using the Enhanced Stalla System or the System have the ability to go
online to review or make up lectures, any time.
Once you complete a class,
you'll know what you need to study the rest of the week – you can learn at your
own pace, mixing and matching the Stalla components in ways that best suit your
study habits using any or all of the System Tools:
Textbooks and
exam volumes updated for each exam level, Stalla textbooks and exam
volumes are organized into individual lessons corresponding to the CFA Institute
Study Sessions and Learning Outcome Statements. They provide practice questions
and a nuts-and-bolts approach to abstract concepts, allowing you to sharpen your
exam skills under actual test-taking conditions. Features of the textbooks and
exam volumes include:
- Direct focus on your level's exam material, covering what CFA Institute expects you to know.
- Coverage of every LOS in the CFA Institute curriculum in a way that's easy to understand and study.
- Important Equation pages featuring key formulas.
- An index of LOSs.
- More level-specific test-taking tips and strategies.
- Three full practice exams to sharpen skills under test-taking conditions.
PassMaster™ software is an extensive database of practice questions and problems – many taken from past exams. PassMaster lets you track your progress to show you which concepts you've mastered, and which need more of your attention. It includes thousands of multiple-choice questions that mirror the actual CFA® exam. PassMaster allows you to:
- Focus on exactly what you need to study.
- Drill on specific topics and work on specific lessons.
- Monitor your progress with detailed reports showing your strengths and weaknesses.
- Get explanations of why your answers are right or wrong and link directly to the corresponding textbook page.
PassMaster is the most comprehensive CFA preparation software available. It's
a powerful tool that helps you get the most out the time you spend preparing for
each level of the CFA exam.
Unlimited Academic Support (http://www.stalla.com/about/knowledge_base.cfm).
Course Program candidates have unlimited access to KnowledgeBase and to our
