Topic: Managing the Hidden Employees
Many organizations are improving organizational performance and profitability with the help of improved analytical skills and methods of data analysis. This talk will focus on optimizing organizational performance through the application of the Shewhart and Deming management theory to manufacturing, service, and administrative processes. The management theory employs fundamental, easy to apply, statistical concepts and methods of data analysis to improve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction, and to reduce error rates and costly rework. Several case studies will be discussed illustrating the practical application of the theory and concepts to health care, financial and manufacturing organizations.
