Much of our work is project-based; for example, it might start with an idea that a faculty member has to increase engagement with students. At this point, the faculty member will contact our group with their idea and we can determine more about the scope of the project, resources involved and the time-line for completion.
However, not all questions we receive are large projects. You may have a question related to teaching and learning and want to get a quick response. We are here for that as well.
How to Contact Us
We are available during normal university business hours and are located in Mason Hall on the 3rd floor. Our main office is located in suite 320 and can be accessed just off the elevator. The best way to contact us is through the ITS Helpdesk.
