Support Technician Assistant

Assist Support Services Technicians with performing general maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repair of computer systems and related software/hardware support; duties will also include some Helpdesk phone & walk-in support.

Provides production support for educational and promotional video projects within Fisher College of Business, including videography, video editing, logging, and scriptwriting.

Computer Lab Proctor

Help monitor the Fisher College of Business computer labs to ensure the environment is clean and respected. Assist in the maintenance of printers, enforcing policy, and other duties as assigned to support Information Technology Services.
