Outstanding customer service

Provide a consistent customer experience across all support services that drive to improved satisfaction and simplified interaction with the department.

Collaborative and innovative learning environments

Create a culture and infrastructure to support the effective and innovation use of technology in teaching and learning.

ITS organizational development/optimization

Drive organizational development to become a leader in the innovative use and application of technology to enable and empower faculty, staff and students; optimize operations; and deliver world class service.

Consolidated systems/business intelligence

Consolidate systems to enable the effective and efficient operation of the College and build the infrastructure to support the implementation of a business intelligence solution to drive enhanced, data-driven decision making processes across the College.
