Helpdesk
General Information
The Helpdesk should be the first call for all computer related issues. Questions about software, hardware, servers, computer equipment moves, etc. should all be directed to the Helpdesk. If the Helpdesk is not the appropriate place for your call, the technician will direct you to the appropriate area.
Hours of Operation
The Helpdesk is available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. In the Summer Quarter, hours shift to 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Location & Directions
The Helpdesk Operations Center is located in the Mason Hall Information Technology Services office suite.

- Moving college-owned computer equipment
- Setting up supported new/rolldown college owned computer equipment
- Resolving software and hardware problems over the phone or in person
- Software and Hardware installation on college owned equipment
- Printer setup
- Connecting college-owned equipment to the network
- Classroom support
