The Educational Technologies (Ed Tech) Classroom Services area supports faculty and staff efforts in the classroom, including maintaining state-of-the-art audio/visual accommodations to supporting class room delivery of education; Ed Tech is there for you.
Specifically, EdTech provides the following in regards to Classroom Services:
Faculty training on A/V equipment
Troubleshooting of A/V equipment problems
Troubleshooting
If you have an urgent problem in the classroom, call the ITS Helpdesk at: 292-8976
Training
If you need training on operation of classroom, A/V equipment, schedule assistance by calling the ITS Helpdesk at 292-8976
It’s best to schedule in advance because at the beginning of the quarter, Classroom Services receives many requests for training.
Standard A/V Equipment
EdTech has worked to standardized equipment in each classroom, although due to the some restrictions you may see some variations in equipment and capabilities.

Cassette Player
CD Player
Operation of the equipment listed above is controlled in the classroom via a Crestron Control Panel.
