Hazardous Chemical Communication
All employees are required by state law to complete minimal training requirements regarding hazardous materials in the work environment. Each new FCOB employee is provided an informational packet as well as a copy of the required test. The employee has the option of completing the hardcopy test included in the back of the informational packet or completing the test online at http://hazcom.ehs.ohio-state.edu/.
If an employee chooses the hardcopy option, he/she must also sign and return the Certification Statement to the Fiscal Office (100D Fisher Hall). Those employees completing the training online do not need to submit this statement because this information will be available to the OSHA Coordinator through the Hazcom site.
