“My assignment was great. The people at CampusIT were very helpful and I feel as if my project really made an impact on the company. In my final day of work, I showed the lead software developer of the company how my project worked, and he was very impressed and excited about what I had accomplished in eight weeks. I learned a lot of new skills and continued to build on my previous programming and computer knowledge with my internship.”
Grant Riley
“I really liked the fact that I got to use skills I didn’t even know I had before I came- when you are thrown into a situation where you don’t know anyone, don’t know what you are doing, or how to do it, to say the least, you have to become independant and find ways for it to work. I think I liked that best about my internship because it was my own work - not a copy of what someone else told me to do.”
Rebekah Mitchell
“The program was excellent. This summer was definitely something that I will never forget in my life, and is something that I would recommend to anyone willing to put in the time and the effort. Once I got to know everyone from OSU going, I was able to settle in and really start enjoying myself, which helped me to concentrate on my work during the week as well.”
Grant Riley
“The program was great. I am so glad I attended the program.”
Matthew Bauer
“I enjoyed the people that I worked with a lot. Everyone was very welcoming and fun to be around. It was great hearing what they had to say... It was great to learn about Ireland too.”
