* What is the greatest thing that you learned during your internship experience? Why?

* Were you able to apply what you have learned in any classes to your internship? Which courses? In what ways?

* What strengths are you able to identify that you used during your internship? Provide an example of the use of each strength.

* Describe a project that you worked on during your internship. Provide the steps that you went through to start and finish the project. What were the results? If you could do it over, what would you do differently?

* Describe a time in which you were a team member during your internship. How did you contribute to the team?

* What factors motivated you while at your internship? How did you motivate yourself?

* Describe a situation of conflict during your internship. Walk through the process of the situation and the outcome of the conflict resolution, if there was any. If not, describe what you might have to done to produce a better outcome.

* Now that you have completed an internship, identify short term goals that you hope to accomplish in the next month to a year. (Academic, student organizational, professional, skills to be obtained, etc.)
