The student's immediate supervisor should provide a candid evaluation of the student's performance. Constructive criticism is encouraged. This information will be used by the internship program staff for counseling purposes only and will be kept strictly confidential. While it is not mandatory, we encourage you to discuss the evaluation with the student. Consideration might be given to evaluating the student twice: once at an interim period and again at the end of the work assignment.
