Access to FisherConnect and job postings is available during the first year of studies in the MBA Working Professional Track program. Access to job postings and on-campus interviewing opportunities are available during the second year of studies. Students are responsible for activating their own account on FisherConnect.

Additional Resources
MBA Working Professional Track students can attend all Office of Career Management programs, for example job search skills workshops, career fairs, individual appointments with career consultants (by appointment), etc. with the exception of those designated by invitation or registration, or for specific student groups (as determined by employer requests, space limitations, or other event planning constraints). Also, there are a number of Career Search Resources available online.

Career Leader
Many part-time MBA students desire to make a career change following the completion of their MBA program. Like them, you may have come to the Fisher College of Business to discover all your options and then make career decisions! If that is the case, be prepared to spend focused time on the process of assessing those options and making career transition decisions. CareerLeader , designed to help you discover your career direction, is a web program consisting of three on-line modules:

- Business Career Interests Inventory
- Management and Professional Reward Profile
- Management and Professional Abilities Profile

These modules measure your interests, work values, and abilities and how you view yourself in comparison to other business professionals and peers.
