ITS Unplanned System Outage Restoral Notification

Description of Outage: At 9:22am, we experienced an unexpected network service outage to all network services due to a fiber switch failure.

All network services are online and fully operational.  To fully regain network access, you may need to restart your computer. If you continue to experience difficulty accessing network services, please contact the ITS Helpdesk.

Total Outage Duration: 6 hours and 9 minutes
