ITS Planned System Maintenance Notification

Impacted system: Adobe Connect

Adobe will be performing a planned upgrade to version 8.5 on the servers hosting the Fisher’s Adobe Connect site.  During the maintenance period, users will be unable to access https://fisher.osu.acrobat.com. Upon completion and testing, a follow-up email will be sent containing additional information about system requirements for the new version.

Time of Outage: Friday, June 10, 2011 at 11pm

Estimated Outage Duration: 6 hours

Estimated Time of Restoral: Saturday, June 11, 2011 at 5am
