5/9 - OSU Network Upgrade

Ohio State’s Office of the CIO will be using its network maintenance window on Sunday, May 9, 2010, from 12:01 to 3:00 a.m., to upgrade the core router that supports OSUnet connectivity throughout Ohio State’s north campus.

 

During the maintenance, OSUnet connectivity and the following services will be unavailable on Fisher’s campus.

 

- Building Automation Systems (BASENet)

- Enrollment Services and Undergraduate Education LANs (ESUE LANs)

- Key Card Control (KCCNet)

- OSU Wireless

 

A complete list of the locations impacted by the outage is outlined below in the Office of the CIO’s announcement.

All services will be restored upon completion of the maintenance. Questions regarding this planned maintenance should be directed to the IT Service Desk at 688-HELP (4357).
