Information Technology Services Unplanned Maintenance Notification

 

Impacted Systems: FCOB e-Mail Services

 

Description of Condition:

On 3/19 during scheduled network maintenance, connectivity to FCOB e-mail servers was interrupted causing select e-mail services to be unavailable for a brief period of time. As a result, some FCOB users may have received “Delivery Delayed” notifications or had difficulty connecting to their mailbox. All delayed e-mail has been delivered and all FCOB e-Mail services are fully operational. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Final Status: FCOB e-mail Services are fully operational.
