Fisher Student Anthony Pentz Wins Top Pilot Award

The OSU Flight Team won the 2012 Region III SAFECON hosted by Kent State Unversity this past week.  The team which consists of 11 Aviation majors dominated the Ground Events Championship and placed second in the Flying Events Championships.  Ohio State took overall first place, followed by Kent State, Western Michigan, Ohio University, and University of Cincinnati.

For the second year in a row, Fisher student and Team Captain Anthony Pentz won the Overall Top Pilot Award.  According to records, this has not be accomplished by anyone in our region since the early 1980's.  Congratulations to Anthony for this wonderful accomplishment!
