Graduate, undergraduate students blog
about their Fisher experiences
|
|
 Allie Feinstein (right), a junior
with a double major in marketing and theatre, is pictured with movie
actress Milla Jovovich during her internship in Hollywood.
Two new student blogs debuted on Fisher's Web site, including one
that kicks off the 2009-10 academic year, "My Fisher Grad Life."
Over the summer, nine undergraduate students working on internships
from around the world reported back on their experiences on the
“My Fisher
Internship” blog.
Among the undergraduate bloggers were
Allie Feinstein, who worked as an intern for Marvel
Entertainment and on the company's latest film, "Thor."
"Officially, my favorite memory
working on Thor took place the first week when I was with the art and
special effects departments," Feinstein
wrote. "It was my first look into the technology that makes these
big budget effects movies come to life and the incredible people that
put it all together. Unofficially, my favorite moment was meeting
(actor) Chris Hemsworth."

entries from other undergraduate and graduate students.
