Master of Labor and Human Resources

Human resource practices are essential components in developing and executing organizational strategy. Fisher's Master of Labor & Human Resources (“MLHR”) program will help you set the pace with the changing business environment by continually offering innovative programming and courses that reflects and taps into the knowledge of HR practitioners and corporate leaders.

Fisher's MLHR program is one of the very few HR graduate programs in the United States taught within a college of business. In addition to learning from leading HR and organizational theorists, your focus while enrolled in the program will be to take HR theories and apply them in real-world settings.

The Fisher MLHR program provides you with:
  • A generalist’s perspective
  • Experiential learning opportunities, including an optional internship
  • Expanded career opportunities, regardless of whether you are looking to make a career change or advance in your current organization
  • The ability to complete the program on a full-time or part-time basis

As a Fisher MLHR student, your degree has official certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (“SHRM”) and adheres to its required 2005 curriculum guidelines.
