Fisher's MHRM curriculum will help you develop expertise in HR theory, staffing, training, and compensation-four critical skill sets needed to effectively manage people and ideas. You will hone your leadership skills by studying organizational behavior and theory, negotiations, organizational development, and change. Classes in research methods, statistics, and HR information systems will develop your analytical skills.

You will benefit from course work in business fundamentals, organizational economics, and labor law that round out a broad-based approach to fine tune your business context skills.
