The MBOE is designed for individuals identified by their executive leaders as having high potential for success in managing operations toward excellence. The MBOE focuses on three value streams: order to cash, new product development, and making a product or delivering a service.

Candidates have:

• Earned at least a bachelors degree from an accredited university. (All disciplines are welcome–great leaders come from all types of educational background and experience)
• A history of successful work experience in which managing processes are part of the job
• Been recommended by an executive sponsor
• A passion for relentless improvement

The MBOE for Health Care focuses on three healthcare value streams: clinical, business, and patient and family service. The program helps the student improve end-to-end physical and information flow to improve patient safety and satisfaction while reducing waste. Physicians, Nurses and Senior Staff who desire to take an active role in the transformation of their organization are ideal candidates for the MBOE for Health Care.
