Tammy Katz is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Katz Marketing Solutions, a brand and marketing consulting firm. She is an expert marketer with an extensive track record of building and revitalizing numerous Fortune 500 brands. She teaches Brand Management.

Katz has held key brand management positions with Frito-Lay, Miller Brewing Company, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Borden and The Scotts Company. Prior to founding Katz Marketing Solutions, she served as Vice President, The Scotts Company, where she led the successful acquisition integration and brand revitalization of the Ortho and RoundUp brands and national marketing teams. Her expertise is in brand management, brand positioning, advertising and communication, new product development, licensing, and cross-functional team implementation. Her major accomplishments include: launching over 100 new products with cumulative sales of +$2 billion, the successful turnarounds of the Miller Lite and Ortho brands, the development and expansion of Frito-Lay’s Foodservice business, receiving the American Marketing Association’s EFFIE award for outstanding advertising effectiveness for the Miller Lite campaign.

Katz earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from The Ohio State University and serves on several central Ohio philanthropic boards. She serves as the Marketing mentor for Count Me In for Women's Economic Independence program. Katz's marketing perspective has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Discount Store News, Columbus CEO, Inc.com, and Brand Week.
