MBA from Harvard and B.S. from the Air Force Academy. Mr. Berger has 26 years experience in marketing, business development and general management, primarily in healthcare and high tech industries. During his career he has worked in large organizations (Abbott Labs, Battelle Memorial Institute, Gould) and been an entrepreneur, starting four service businesses. Mr. Berger teaches Services Marketing, emphasizing the practical aspects of marketing and delivering services.
