Inbound Exchange: Undergraduate Student Application
After reading these directions, please complete the application below.
- Make sure you complete the application form accurately. For example, your Name and Date of Birth must appear exactly as shown in your passport.
- Address outside of the U.S. is where OSU will send your Notice of Admission and DS 2019.
- Select Save As to save the file as a PDF.
- Attach your completed application and scanned documents to an email to Joyce Steffan at steffan.10@osu.edu.
