Our MBA Admissions Committee is charged with the task of building not just an incoming class but a cohesive “micro- community." We look for well-rounded students from a variety of backgrounds, with diverse and stimulating life experiences.
It is important that you demonstrate your academic aptitude, showcase your leadership and teamwork experiences, highlight your involvement in community organizations or professional associations, and provide insight into the personal experiences that will enable you to add value to the Fisher community. Be true to yourself; do not just tell us what you think we want to hear.
The 2015 Full-Time MBA application will be available in mid-July.
Check the status of your application
Your status can be checked online through our application system. You will see a checklist, indicating any items we are still missing from your application. This includes scores (TOEFL, GMAT, GRE), letters of recommendation, transcripts, or application fee.
Due to high application volume, please allow 10-14 business days for items to post to your checklist.
If you sent us information several weeks ago and the online checklist still indicates this item as missing, please let us know by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
Admission to Fisher College of Business is contingent upon successful completion of the Kroll background verification. The background verification will include employment, education, and reference verifications.
To help our admissions staff, please be sure you use a consistent name for all of your documents, including your test scores or clearly note any alternative names that you have previously used.
Ohio State Graduate School Students and Alumni
If you are currently enrolled in a graduate program at The Ohio State University or have graduated from one of the university’s graduate programs, you will need to complete one of these forms in addition to your application.
