Juris Doctor / MBA ProgramThe Fisher College of Business and Moritz School of Law are excited to offer Ohio State students a dynamic dual JD/MBA degree program. JD/MBA students will learn the legal and business skills to prepare themselves for careers in government, corporations, and not-for-profits, as well as opportunities in entrepreneurship, consulting, and investment banking. Students enrolled in the JD/MBA program can earn both degrees in four academic years. If earned independently, these degrees would require five years of study. AdmissionsApplicants to the JD/MBA Program must complete the application requirements of both Fisher College of Business and Moritz College of Law separately, applying independently to each school. Students may apply, be admitted to and begin one of the programs independently and then apply to the second program during their first year. Both colleges operate on a rolling admission basis, have small starting classes, approximately 225 students at the Moritz College of Law and 150 students at Fisher College of Business, and start in the autumn of each calendar year. Alternatively, the first year could be spent in at Fisher College of Business and the second year in Moritz College of Law. Career PlacementThe career management offices of both Fisher College of Business and the Moritz College of Law are available to our JD/MBA graduates. In addition to the more than 300 companies that recruit from Fisher's Office of Career Management more than 100 law firms, corporations, government agencies, and other potential employers will use the Mortiz placement office facilities during the same period.
