The Global New Issues Database from Securities Data Company offers unparalleled coverage of corporate new issues activity dating as far back as 1970. Each database provides comprehensive information on offering terms, managers and advisors as well as SEC filing information and after market price performance. With the exception of the private placement database, all databases are updated daily to include the most recent offerings. The private placement database is updated on a semi-annual basis. Data available in this Database include:

• Domestic Common Stock Issues with over 14,000 common stock offerings since 1970.
• Domestic Preferred Stock Issues with over 2,500 offerings since 1970 and more than 500 items per transaction.
• Debt Database with over 22,000 offerings since 1970 and more than 400 items per transaction. This database includes straight debt, convertible debt, mortgage and asset-backed debt and taxable municipals.
• Private Placement Database with information on over 25,000 domestic private placements dating back to 1981. The database tracks all non-convertible debt, convertible debt, common stock, preferred stock, convertible preferred offers and ownership interests.

• Medium Term Note Database with information on over 1,700 euro, global and domestic issue programs dating back to 1973. More than 350 data items per transaction are available for screening and reporting. The database tracks all continuously offered medium term notes. The information is updated daily from SEC filings and amendments, prospecti and surveys of investment banks.

• Joint Venture and Strategic Alliances Database provides information on over 19,000 cross-border and intra-nation joint venture transactions dating back to 1988. The database tracks over 75 data items for each transaction in which two or more companies combined existing units or assets to form a new operating business or strategic alliance. Current status of the deal, recent developments concerning the transaction, as well as coverage on all the participants involved is included.
• Venture Financings Database is based on research by SDC subsidiary Venture Economics and contains business and financing abstracts on more than 13,000 US companies-70% of which are private. These companies have received professional venture capital financing since 1970. User-friendly query and reporting options give users the power to analyze data from various perspectives, monitor competitors and pinpoint investment candidates. Lists of funds and managers involved in each round of the venture financing process are also provided.
