The Global New Issues Database from Securities Data Company offers unparalleled coverage of corporate new issues activity dating as far back as 1970. Each database provides comprehensive information on offering terms, managers and advisors as well as SEC filing information and after market price performance. With the exception of the private placement database, all databases are updated daily to include the most recent offerings. The private placement database is updated on a semi-annual basis. The Worldwide Mergers & Acquisitions Database provides coverage
of more than 55,000 domestic transactions dating back to 1980 and over
45,000 international deals since 1985. More than 500 data items per
transaction are provided for screening and reporting. The database covers
mergers, acquisitions, partial acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures,
exchange offers, stock repurchases, self-tenders, squeeze outs, tender offers
and spin-offs. This information is updated daily from SEC filings (8Ks, 10Ks
and 10Qs), proxy statements, tender offers, annual reports, major financial
publications and company press releases.
Academic pricing is $4,995 per year for either the Global New Issues or the
Global M&A databases with unlimited access via modem. Databases in the
academic program To add the special
databases, pricing is $2,500 per year for the first database, $1,500 for the
second and $995 for each additional. To access the databases you must have
a communications package and a modem.
