Arizona Real Estate Research Center
Since 1980, the primary objectives of the Arizona Real Estate Center (AREC) have been to serve as a focal point for research and educational projects of faculty members, both in real estate and in allied disciplines throughout Arizona; to analyze and evaluate the Arizona real estate market on behalf of private, public, and governmental organizations; to conduct studies related to real estate, and to publish the results of those studies; and to assist in the development of real estate educational programs throughout Arizona that will enhance the professionalism and knowledge of those involved in the real estate industry.

Center for Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies
At the University of Connecticut. The center provides real estate related service to the real estate industry, state agencies, and the University of Connecticut. The staff works regularly with the Connecticut Real Estate Commission, periodically updating the real estate licensing laws for them and co-sponsoring semi-annual instructors' seminars.

Banking Research Center at Kellogg School
Since its inception in 1969, the Banking Research Center (BRC) has sought to promote scholarly research and stimulate dialogue between the academic and banking communities. The management and public regulation of deposit-type financial institutions has been the primary focus of the Center.

Center for International Security and Derivative Markets
Housed at UMass Amherst. Supports research and education in international finance and options, futures etc.

Center for Research on Contracts and the Structure of the Enterprise
The Center's aim is to provide a focal point for empirical research on the causes and consequences of alternative forms of contracting, governance and organization. The Center supports doctoral research on contracts, publishes a Working Paper Series for contracts research, and conducts research programs. The Center is also involved in developing a library of contracts for research use.

Financial Markets Research Center
The Financial Markets Research Center at Vanderbilt University fosters scholarly research in financial markets, financial instruments, and financial institutions. The Center is funded by its members and by outside research grants. Funds are used to maintain financial markets data bases and to support the Center's research projects.

Financial Research Center
Housed at Princeton University. Established in 1967 to encourage the use of mathematical economics and econometric methods in financial analysis. The research activities of the center have been directed toward the study of financial markets and their interrelationships, commercial banks and other financial intermediaries, the determinants of firm growth, and the financial structure of firms. The center maintains a large data bank, which is accessible to students doing research in the general area of finance, and members of the staff are available for consultation on research projects.

Indiana University Center for Real Estate Studies
Founded in 1985, the Center for Real Estate Studies was established to provide a vehicle of support for the real estate industry. The Center's goals are to facilitate the research needs of the industry by enhancing exchanges of information and expertise between the university and industry, to provide top-quality educational opportunities that are both relevant and integrative of different functional areas, and to increase professionalism in the industry by disseminating current information and by providing support to alumni and students.

Institute of Banking and Finance
At the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. This institute was founded in 1989 and its main objective is to develop research and teaching in the area of banking and financial management. It focuses on the relationship of the faculty with the banking and financial environment. It ensures the organisation of meetings, seminars and educational workshops for academics and practitioners. Leading research studies are undertaken by the faculties. Research results and seminar insights are provided in the "Cahiers" of the IBFM (guides for practitioners) and in the Working Papers of the Institute(results of academic research oriented to academics and researchers).

Securities Industry Research Centre of Asia-Pacific
The Securities Industry Research Centre of Asia-Pacific (SIRCA) is a strategic alliance between research personnel from five leading Australian universities, the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) , the Sydney Futures Exchange (SFE) and the Australian Financial Markets Association (AFMA).
