How to become a Real Estate Agent ?

Real Estate Degrees

Undergraduate

The undergraduate degree builds upon two years of liberal arts education and the business core of accounting, finance, marketing, management, and quantitative methods. Undergraduate real estate majors take real estate finance, investment analysis and appraisal with courses in real estate law and principles available. The student is encouraged to supplement the major with urban economics, urban geography, city and regional planning, and other courses.

Masters
The MBA is a two-year, lock-step MBA. Four electives are available in this structured, lock-step program offered in the evening.

The program objectives are most satisfactorily fulfilled by the full-time student who is an active contributor to the total real estate program at The Ohio State University.
