Scholarships Available in Spring Quarter
 

The Harry L. Thoman, Jr. Scholarship

  • Established June 11, 1986, by Harry (Jr.) and Sue Dell Thoman.
  • Eligibility Criteria: Must be an Ohio State student enrolled in Fisher College of Business pursuing a course of study in real estate
    • Must currently have junior status or will become a junior in the 2008-2009 academic
      year and must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Scholarship Amount: $17,500 (may be split into two or more scholarships)

The Neil M. Klatskin
Memorial Scholarship in Real Estate

  • Established April 6, 1990, by Charles and Lynne Klatskin, in memory of their son.
  • Eligibility Criteria: Must be an Ohio State student enrolled in Fisher College of Business pursuing a course of study in real estate
  • Scholarship Amount: Up to $14,500 (may be split into two or more scholarships)
  • Notes: Preference will be given to the out-of-state student with the third best cumulative GPA.

The Rouda Scholarship
for Graduate Education in Real Estate

  • Established March 4, 1977, by the Harley E. Rouda and Company, Realtors.
  • Eligibility Criteria: Must be an Ohio State student enrolled in Fisher College of Business pursuing a course of study in real estate.
    • Must be a graduate student
  • Scholarship Amount: $3,000 (split into scholarships of $500 each)
  • Notes: Income provides scholarships/fellowships for master candidates not to exceed $500.

The Seymour Luckoff Memorial Scholarship

  • Established in 2007.
  • Eligibility Criteria: Must be an Ohio State student enrolled in Fisher College of Business pursuing a course of study in real estate
  • Scholarship Amount: $2,000

The Women's Council of the
National Association of Real Estate Boards Scholarship

  • Established March 8, 1956 by the Columbus Chapter.
  • Eligibility Criteria: Must be an Ohio State student enrolled in Fisher College of Business pursuing a course of study in real estate
    • Must be a female
  • Scholarship Amount: $1,500
  • Notes: Income provides scholarships for females interested in real estate brokerage.
