Research Facilities

The Business Library at Fisher College, housed in Mason Hall, contains over 100,000 volumes, 1,900 current serial titles and over 360,000 microforms.  The entire Ohio State University library system is one of the largest research library systems in North America, containing nearly six million printed volumes and over five million microforms.

Educational Internships

In the past, the Huntington Bank has provided one month long unpaid internships to KAIST students.  The schedules of these internships often vary depending on the nature of the work Huntington has prepared for you.  Although not guaranteed, we are hopeful that we will be able to arrange internships for any interested student in the 2009 program.

Chicago Trip

As with previous years, the 2009 class will have the opportunity to participate in the Department sponsored trip to Chicago, Illinois.  Students and program administrators, along with student's family members, will travel five hours by bus to Chicago, normally during May, towards the end of the Spring quarter.  This trip typically includes visits to the local financial institutions, such as the Chicago Board of Trade, the Chicago Board of Options Exchange, and the Federal Reserve Bank (1 of 12 in the United States).  Students and their families will also be able to enjoy a variety of meals with program administrators, and take in a night of music at a local jazz club.  The majority of expenses are covered by the Department of Finance, so this is a very inexpensive opportunity for students and family members to experience one of the greatest cities in America.
