Background: Ivan Brick graduated from Columbia University in 1979 with a Doctorate.

"Dr. Brick has published many papers relating taxes to financial decision making in such areas as trade credit, bond covenants, leasing, debt maturity, call features of debt, and mergers. He is co-director of the New Jersey Center for Research in Financial Services and serves as an associate editor of Financial Management and Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting. He recently ended a term as Associate Dean."
