Background: Louis Ederington graduated from Washington University-St. Louis in 1972 with a Doctorate.

Primary Area of Interest: Investments

"Economic adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister of the State of Georgia (former soviet union). Dr. Ederington is Oklahoma Bankers Chair and professor of Finance. His research interests include fixed income securities, futures and options, the impact of new information on financial markets, financial markets and institutions, and interest rate structure. He has written widely cited articles on hedging. Professor Ederington administers the OU/OBA summer banking internship program. "
